Pencil drawing of a blank tee, laid flat
01

It starts blank.

A blank shirt in the color you picked. We keep blank shirts on the shelf, waiting for your order to start the print.

02

Your order comes in.

That ticket is the signal to start. Your shirt doesn't exist until you ask for it.

03

Three screens. One shirt.

Each print spot gets its own screen on the press: one for the back, one for the front left chest, and one for the sleeve flag.

04

The back.

The big one. Screen down, black ink on, one pull of the squeegee.

05

The front pocket.

Turn the shirt, line up the second screen over the left chest by hand, and pull again. This spot can carry your own unit’s patch.

06

The sleeve flag.

The sleeve has its own screen centered on the right sleeve. One pull and the flag wraps the outside of the arm, stars forward, oriented to the way you move.

07

Heat sets it for good.

The ink is cured in high heat after each print so it bonds to the fabric and holds up wash after wash.

08

Packaged and on its way.

Checked, folded, packaged, and shipped to your door. Domestic shipping is free on most orders.

That's your shirt.

Printed by hand by a veteran-owned shop, one order at a time.
