Every item is printed to order in your size, color and print, so we can’t resell a returned item. We will replace or refund an item if it arrives with a physical defect or damage, or if it was printed or sent incorrectly. To make a claim, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos.
Cancellations and changes
Because every order is printed to order, please check your size, color and print before you submit it. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us right away and we’ll let you know what’s possible based on where your order is in the production process.
Custom printing jobs
Custom jobs follow the same claim process, and we print the artwork and details you approve. Once a deposit is received, cancellation is not an option.

Printed to order
Every item is made to order. Orders generally ship within 5 to 7 business days (Monday to Friday) by the United States Postal Service. USPS delivery standard is 2 to 7 days after it ships. We email you tracking when your order ships.
Shipping cost
Shipping is free within the United States on most orders. Some custom stores offer other choices, such as local hand delivery or shipping to your address for a fee. The choices that apply to your order appear at checkout.
Local hand delivery and pickup
If you choose a local hand-delivery or pickup option, we’ll email you when your order is ready to arrange the handoff.
Where we ship
We ship within the United States only at this time.
Custom printing jobs
Custom jobs typically take 2 to 3 weeks once the order details are finalized and approved.

Our website, live chat and quote forms
Our website (blacksnakeapparel.com) is a separate site from our Shopify checkout. When you use it:
- Quote and contact forms. When you send a custom quote request or a message through our contact form, the information you enter (such as your name, email address, phone number, order details and any artwork or images you upload) is collected by our website host, Netlify, and sent to us by email. We use it only to answer you and prepare your quote, and we delete it when we no longer need it for that or for our business records.
- Live chat. Our live chat is provided by Tidio. What you type in the chat, along with basic technical information such as your browser type and the page you are on, is stored by Tidio so we can reply. Some questions may be answered automatically by Tidio’s AI assistant using information we provide about our products and policies. Please don’t share payment card numbers or other sensitive information in the chat.
- Your cart. Your website cart is kept by Shopify, and your browser stores a cart reference so your cart is still there when you come back. Payment always happens on Shopify’s secure checkout; our website never sees or stores your card details.
- Fonts. Our website loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google’s servers and Google receives your IP address.
These services handle your information under their own privacy policies. We do not sell the information you give us through our website, chat or forms.

Orders and prices
All items are printed to order. Prices are in US dollars and may change. If we find a pricing or listing error, we may correct it or cancel the order and refund you. Please check your garment, color, size and chest print before you order.
Colors and sizing
Colors on your screen may look different from the printed garment. Please use the size information on each product page.

Custom printing jobs
Custom jobs are quoted individually. We print the artwork and details you approve. You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, any artwork, logos or names you send us, and that using them does not infringe anyone’s rights. Minimum order is 20 garments. Typical turnaround is 2 to 3 weeks once the order details are finalized and approved.
Military names and insignia
Blacksnake Apparel is an independent, veteran-owned business. Our products are not made, sponsored or endorsed by the United States Department of Defense, the Air Force, Navy or Marine Corps, or any unit, command or organization. Names, unit emblems and insignia appear for identification and remain the property of their owners.
Our content
The designs, photos and text on this site belong to Blacksnake Apparel or its licensors. Please don’t copy, sell or republish them without our written permission.
Website use
You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or use it for anything unlawful. We do not guarantee that the site will always be available or free of errors.
Limits on our liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, our liability for any claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
