Your order comes in.
That ticket is the signal to start. Your shirt doesn't exist until you ask for it.

One screen. One shirt.
Your design gets its own screen on the press. This shirt has just the one print, so there is one screen and one pull of the squeegee.

The front.
The big one. We line the screen up across the chest by hand, lay black ink on, and make one pull of the squeegee.

Heat sets it for good.
The ink is cured in high heat so it bonds to the fabric and holds up wash after wash.

Packaged and on its way.
